The Executive View in Quality Clouds gives Architects, Platform Owners, and Executives a high-level, actionable overview of platform quality across ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Office 365.
It centralizes your most important KPIs, including Quality of Cloud scoring, best practices, inventory, issues, technical debt, remediation priorities, and team performance, so you can monitor the state of your org at a glance and drive the right decisions.
This view combines numerical indicators with visual dashboards to make complex platform activity easy to read, track, and act upon.
Benefits #
The Executive View allows teams to:
- Monitor overall platform health through clear KPIs and “Quality of Cloud” scoring.

- Know exactly what to fix next with Next Best Action, a prioritized remediation plan built directly from your Quality of Cloud score.

- Understand issues, technical debt, and impact areas instantly via graphical dashboards.

- Track org growth with inventory insights: applications, configuration elements, lines of code, and more.

- Evaluate developer productivity, code quality, and contribution trends to identify coaching or training needs.

- Strengthen governance by reviewing best practices, rule violations, and data privacy concerns.

- Export high-volume issue data to share with testers, developers, and architects for faster remediation.
Designed to surface the most meaningful quality indicators, this view empowers leaders to take targeted action and maintain control of their digital environments.
Next Best Action #
Within the Overview tab, Next Best Action turns your Quality of Cloud score into a concrete remediation plan. Rather than leaving you to guess which issues matter most, it ranks every outstanding issue type in the order that recovers your score fastest, so you always know what to work on next for the biggest impact on platform health.
The recommendation is presented two ways: a Quality Improvement Path chart showing your score climbing step by step, and a ranked table with the priority order, impact area, severity, and expected score gain for each step.
The order is a journey, not a menu: each step’s expected gain is measured after the step above it is already done, so the figures should be read top to bottom rather than compared row against row.
How to Get the Most Out of It #
