Overview #
After successfully connecting a Salesforce Org instance to Quality Clouds, it is necessary to authorize Quality Clouds to access the instance. This is achieved by issuing an OAuth token with the appropriate permissions.
Required User Permissions #
The user establishing the connection must have the following Salesforce permissions:
- View Setup and Configuration
- API Enabled
- Modify Metadata Through Metadata API Functions
These permissions ensure that Quality Clouds can perform comprehensive scans and metadata analysis securely and effectively.
