The Quality Clouds Freemium offering for Salesforce provides free access for one full year to essential insights into your platform’s health and operations—helping you reduce risk, manage licenses, and improve development quality.
Freemium includes:
• Daily Operational Scans to track license usage and user activity
• Weekly Profiling Scans (a subset of the full Health Scan) to provide an inventory of configuration elements and main quality KPIs
• Access to key dashboards: cross-org licensing, user adoption, and profiling
• Up to five Salesforce orgs connected, with no cost or long-term commitment

Setting Up Your Salesforce Freemium Account #
Getting started is simple:
1. Set Up Your Admin Account
Use the Quality Clouds Admin Portal to create your account and manage access.
2. Connect Your Salesforce Org
Set up the connection by granting API access to Quality Clouds. The configuration is secure and read-only.

Freemium gives you access to three powerful dashboards for Salesforce governance:
• Cross-Org Licensing View
Get a consolidated view of license consumption across multiple Salesforce orgs (if applicable).
• User Adoption View
Monitor usage patterns, identify inactive users, and ensure licenses are fully utilized.
• Profiling View
Access an inventory of metadata and see development trends across your org to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Scheduling and Launching Scans #
