If your Quality Clouds license includes a single-tenant environment, you must configure the Quality Clouds ServiceNow application on every ServiceNow instance where it is installed to connect to the correct backend.

Environment-Specific Update Set #

Quality Clouds provides an additional Update Set containing environment-specific configuration values:

• System property x_qucl_qc_snow.qc.rest.url
  Sets the endpoint for Quality Clouds REST API calls
• System property x_qucl_qc_snow.qc.apigw.url
  Sets the endpoint for REST API calls routed through the Quality Clouds API Gateway
• OAuth token URL (REST Message OAuth Provider)
  Defines the endpoint used to obtain the OAuth2 authorization token
  
  
  

Important Notes #

• From application version 9.5, all API calls are routed through the Quality Clouds API Gateway, so both system properties use the same value.
• From version 9.6 onwards, only x_qucl_qc_snow.qc.apigw.url will be required.
  The deprecated property will be removed, and OAuth2 will be replaced by API keys.
