What is Quality Clouds? #
Quality Clouds is an AI code governance platform for ServiceNow and Salesforce. It continuously scans, analyses, and enforces quality standards across human-written and AI-generated code — including output from Now Assist for Creator and Agentforce Builder — before anything reaches your production environment. Quality Clouds is the independent governance layer that makes AI-generated code production-ready.

ServiceNow Impact provides a health score for your production instance. It is operated by ServiceNow — the same company that sells the platform. Quality Clouds is independent: it has no commercial incentive to rate your instance as healthy. It also operates pre-production, scanning before issues reach Impact’s view.
Salesforce DevOps Center and Agentforce-native controls provide pipeline tooling.
They do not provide an independent code governance layer. Quality Clouds integrates into DevOps Center as a quality gate, adding governance that the native tooling lacks.
